Only what you send us. The contact form collects your name, company, email address, your role in the chain, and your message. There are no other forms on this site.

To stop automated abuse of the form, the server briefly counts how many messages arrive from each network address. That count is held in memory for a few minutes and never stored.

This website runs no advertising or tracking scripts and no third-party embeds. To know how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Plausible Analytics, an EU-hosted service that uses no cookies. Our server passes it the page, the referring site, your browser type and your network address; Plausible turns the last two into an anonymous count that resets every 24 hours and stores neither. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. Fonts are served from this domain. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

To read and reply to your enquiry, to send you a single confirmation that it arrived, and to keep a record of the correspondence. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Form submissions, and the confirmation sent back to you, are delivered by Resend, a transactional email provider acting on our instructions. This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes each request in order to serve the page. Both act as processors and do not use your data for their own purposes.

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose above, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may request access to your personal data, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and request a portable copy.

To exercise any of these, write to contact@diverfuel.com. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
